NEW NOTICE 4/1/20 General Contractors
General contractors are asked to submit an exemption form to continue working. If the General Contractor includes all of the subcontractors on the form, then the subcontractors are approved to work on that job site and do not need to submit a separate exemption request. If the General Contractor does not include all of the subcontractors then each subcontractor is required to submit an exemption request.
