Event Sizes
We have had some confusion around what the state’s public health order means vs the state’s guidance. Upon consulting the state attorneys, we have determined that we can in fact operate events at a size of up to 175 outdoors. Our blue level allows for indoor events up to 50. In order to reach those sizes, venues must follow the state’s social distancing space calculator to determine how many up to the 175. Events are still asked to submit a plan to Nicole Stone(NStone@gunnisoncounty.org) at Health and Human Services. A template for plans can be found here. We have updated our infographic to reflect these changes.
Economic Dashboard
We launched our economic dashboard today. This dashboard will be continually updated as we collect more information on the economic impacts of the pandemic on our community.

Importance of Self-Reporting
One of the best tools to provide early warnings of spread in the community is to self-report as symptomatic. If you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19, even if they are mild, please self-report and isolate yourself.
